According to a recent research presented at Milan’s second edition of the Martini Premiere Award, the most mentioned Italian actress on international press and journals (in a period that goes from July 2008 to May 2009) is our beautiful Monica. Giovanna Mezzogiorno came in on second place, while iconic divas from the past Sophia Loren and Claudia Cardinale ranked as #3 and #4 respectively.
