We hear Monica was actually awarded as International Woman of the Year in Bucharest, during the Femeilor de Succes gala. But no word on if she was there was provided by romanian medias. During her speech, the presenter Mihaela Şerban had kind words for Ms. Bellucci:

«She is a wonderful woman and she deserves this award from Romania, as a symbol of women in the film industry»

Plus: I’ve uploaded 39 low quality screencaptures from Italian Tg1: Monica is interviewed on the book Acrobate, on february 3, and during the Cannes promotion of Sanguepazzo, on may 22, 2008. Enjoy!

No further news about the event for now, but let’s hope to find out more soon!

May 19, 2009

Last Saturday our beautiful Monica spent the day promoting her latest film Ne Te Retourne Pas at Cannes Film Festival. Photocall, press conference, tv interviews, premiere… It sure was a busy day for Monique!

The movie received mixed reactions from critics and journalists, but apparently it was quite appreciated by the audience.

Tons of stills from the various events Ms. Bellucci attended in Cannes can now be found in our gallery.
